I would suggest a course of metronidazole for 2 weeks This should be followed by a course of Dilloxanide furoate for another two weeks for persistent parasites Other options are paromomycin, iodoquinol .. may not be easily available May take months for complete resolutions Symptoms normally settle by first few weeks By Dr. Rupa Banerjee
